Fair Housing Statement
Our Commitment
Vista Verde Services Inc is committed to equal housing opportunity. We fully support the Fair Housing Act and do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class.
The Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968) prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing. It is illegal to discriminate in any aspect of selling or renting housing or to deny a dwelling to a buyer or renter because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability.
California Fair Employment and Housing Act
California law provides additional protections under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). In California, it is also unlawful to discriminate based on source of income, ancestry, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, or military and veteran status.
Equal Opportunity in Real Estate
All licensed real estate agents affiliated with Vista Verde Realty are trained to conduct business in compliance with federal and California fair housing laws. We provide equal professional service to all clients regardless of any protected characteristic. All properties marketed by Vista Verde Realty are available to qualified buyers and renters without restriction.
